Tunisian Vegetarian Tagine with Spinach and Potatoes
This Tunisian vegetarian tagine is a comforting dish often prepared at home, especially during cooler months. Unlike Moroccan tagine, it is cooked in a skillet and highlights seasonal vegetables like spinach and potatoes.
