Beef Pho with Rice Noodles — Vietnamese Comfort
Pho is much more than a simple broth: it's a liquid hug that warms the heart and soul. Originating from Vietnam, this iconic soup combines the richness of a broth flavored with star anise and ginger with the tenderness of thinly sliced beef. You'll love the ritual: pouring the steaming broth over the raw meat that cooks in seconds, then adding fresh herbs, lime, and chili.
