- Greek yogurt100 g
- Olive oil2 tbsp
- Ground cumin1 tsp

- Ground coriander1/2 tsp
- Ground cinnamon1/4 tsp

- Black pepper1/2 tsp
- Pita bread4 loaves
- Tomatoes2
- Cucumber1
- Red onion1
- Fresh parsley1 bunch
- Garlic sauce (toum)4 tbsp

In a bowl, mix the crushed garlic, lemon juice, Greek yogurt, olive oil, cumin, paprika, coriander, cinnamon, salt, and pepper to prepare the marinade.

Cut the chicken breasts into strips and marinate them in this mixture for at least 15 minutes (or overnight in the refrigerator for more flavor).

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and cook the marinated chicken for 8 to 10 minutes, stirring, until fully cooked and lightly golden.
