Cacık Sauce (Turkish Tzatziki with Cucumber and Mint)
My favorite recipe for cacık, this refreshing Turkish sauce that evokes summers on the Bosphorus. Imagine a creamy yogurt, enhanced by garlic and vinegar, softened by crunchy cucumber and fresh mint. It's a simple yet authentic dish, an explosion of fresh flavors that awaken the taste buds. You'll love it on grilled lamb skewers, or even simply on warm bread. This sauce is the perfect companion for your summer meals, a true journey to Turkey without leaving your kitchen.
