Lebanese Chicken Shawarma Sandwich

This Lebanese chicken shawarma sandwich is an explosion of flavors that will transport you straight to the lively streets of Beirut. The spicy marinade with yogurt and cinnamon gives the chicken that authentic, juicy taste we love, while the tahini sauce and fresh herbs add an irresistible refreshing touch. Wondering what typical Lebanese dishes are? Besides shawarma, mezze like hummus and fattoush are must-haves. And for the difference between Lebanese and Israeli hummus, both share a base of chickpeas and tahini, but the Lebanese version is often creamier and more lemony. Easy and quick, this recipe is perfect for a casual dinner or a quick meal. Enjoy!
