
Algerian Chickpea and Crunchy Vegetable Salad

- red onion1
- fresh parsley1 bunch
- fresh minta few leaves

- ground cumin1 teaspoon

Rinse the chickpeas and drain. Dice the tomatoes, cucumber into small cubes, and finely slice the red onion.
