- Long grain rice300 g
- Cooked chickpeas200 g
- Onion1 medium
- Garlic2 cloves
- Olive oil3 tbsp
- Tomato paste1 tbsp
- Ground cumin1 tsp
- Paprika1 tsp
- Cinnamon1/2 tsp
- Salt1 tsp
- Black pepper1/2 tsp
- Water600 ml
- Fresh parsley2 tbsp

In a saucepan, heat the olive oil and sauté the chopped onion and minced garlic until tender.
