Ingredients
- Firm tofu400 g
- Coconut milk400 ml
- Vegetable broth250 ml
- Carrots2, sliced
- Red bell pepper1, sliced
- Shiitake mushrooms150 g, sliced
- Onion1, sliced
- Garlic2 cloves, minced
- Fresh ginger1 tbsp, grated
- Soy sauce3 tbsp
- Red curry paste2 tbsp
- Lime juice2 tbsp
- Sesame oil2 tbsp
- Fresh cilantroFor garnish, chopped
Instructions

Press the tofu to remove excess water, cut it into cubes, and brown it in hot sesame oil.
