- halal soy sauce4 tablespoons
- honey2 tablespoons
- fresh grated ginger1 teaspoon
- garlic2 cloves
- red bell pepper1
- carrot1
- broccoli100 g

- sesame oil2 tablespoons
- sesame seeds1 tablespoon

Cut the chicken into thin strips. Mix soy sauce, honey and ginger. Marinate the chicken for 10 minutes.

Cook the noodles according to the package. Drain and set aside.

In a wok or large pan, heat the sesame oil. Sauté the minced garlic and onion for 2 minutes.

Add the cut vegetables (bell pepper, julienned carrot, broccoli florets) and stir-fry for 5 minutes over high heat.
