Moroccan Msemen with Butter and Honey (Folded Flatbread)
Msemen is the ultimate Moroccan treat to start your day. These folded flatbreads, crispy on the outside and soft inside, are a staple of breakfasts and brunches in Morocco. As you make them, you'll discover the magic of Moroccan spices like cinnamon or saffron that can flavor the honey. And if you're wondering where to buy halal Moroccan products online, know that many gourmet shops now offer extra-fine semolina and good orange blossom honey. A real delight to share with family!
