
Tunisian Mloukhia with Noodles

- mloukhia (jute powder)100 g
- noodles (linguine or Chinese noodles)300 g
- olive oil3 tablespoons
- garlic4 cloves
- ground coriander1 teaspoon

- water500 ml
- vegetable broth (or cube)1 cube
Instructions

In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat and add minced garlic. Sauté for 1 minute.

Add mloukhia powder, coriander, salt, and pepper, then mix well. Pour in water and broth, bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, cook noodles in a large pot of salted boiling water according to package instructions (usually 8-10 minutes). Drain them.
