- granulated sugar150 g
- vegetable oil100 ml
- fresh orange juice100 ml
- orange zest1 tablespoon
- eggs3
- baking powder1 packet (11 g)
- vanilla extract1 teaspoon
- salt1 pinch

Preheat oven to 180°C. Grease and flour a round cake pan.

Beat eggs and sugar until pale, add oil, orange juice, zest, and vanilla.

Fold in sifted flour, baking powder, and salt until smooth batter forms.

Pour into pan and bake 25-30 min (toothpick comes out clean).
