Ingredients

  • Saffron1/2 teaspoon
  • Lime juice3 limes
  • Red onions2 medium, finely chopped
  • Garlic4 cloves, sliced
  • Extra virgin olive oil50 ml
  • Plain Greek yogurt120 g
  • Fresh mint30 g, chopped
  • Fresh cilantro30 g, chopped
  • Lime zest1 teaspoon
  • Salt and black pepperto taste

Instructions
