
Kaab El Ghazal with Almonds and Orange Blossom Water (Moroccan Gazelle Horns)

Ingredients
- Flour300 g
- Melted butter100 g
- Orange blossom water3 tbsp
- Ground almonds250 g
- Icing sugar150 g
- Ground cinnamon1 tsp
- Honey3 tbsp
- Salt1 pinch

Prepare the dough: mix flour, salt, melted butter, and orange blossom water until you get a smooth dough. Let it rest for 30 minutes.

Prepare the filling: mix ground almonds, icing sugar, and cinnamon. Add a little orange blossom water to bind.

Roll out the dough thinly, cut circles, fill with the almond mixture, and fold into crescent shapes.

Brush with egg (optional) and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15-20 minutes until lightly golden.

Dip the warm horns in warm honey, then sprinkle with cinnamon.
