Ingredients
- Beef (shank or sirloin)600 g
- Pide bread or Turkish bread4 loaves
- Greek yogurt400 g
- Ripe tomatoes4 large
- Green peppers2

- Butter50 g
- Olive oil2 tbsp
- Tomato paste1 tbsp
- Sweet paprika1 tsp
- Pul biber (Turkish pepper flakes)1 tsp
- Ground cumin1 tsp
- Salt1 tsp
- Black pepper1/2 tsp

Prepare the tomato sauce: in a saucepan, sauté the chopped onion and garlic in olive oil. Add the grated tomatoes, tomato paste, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.

Cut the beef into thin strips. Season with salt, pepper, and a little pul biber. Heat a pan and sear the meat quickly over high heat for 5 to 7 minutes.

Meanwhile, cut the green peppers into thin strips and grill them dry in a non-stick pan until tender and slightly charred.

Melt the butter in a small pan, add a pinch of pul biber, and mix to make red butter.

Distribute the diced pide bread pieces on plates. Top with Greek yogurt, add the meat, grilled peppers, then drizzle with tomato sauce and pul biber butter.
