Wash the peppers and tomatoes. Grill the whole peppers in the oven or over a flame until the skin blackens, then place them in a plastic bag for 10 minutes to peel easily.

Peel and seed the peppers, cut them into strips. Peel the tomatoes after blanching, cut them into cubes.

In a pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the crushed garlic and sauté for 1 minute without burning.
