Persian Faloudeh with Cherries and Rose Water — Frozen Dessert
Faloudeh is an iconic Persian dessert, often served on warm summer evenings. You will love this cherry version, delicately scented with rose water. The creamy, slightly jelly-like texture, combined with the sweet tartness of cherries, makes it a refreshing treat. Originally from Iran, this dessert is traditionally made with wheat vermicelli, but here we use cornstarch for a simpler yet equally delicious version. Serve it with a scoop of vanilla ice cream for an irresistible hot-cold contrast. Perfect for ending a meal beautifully!
