Ingredients

  • Chicken breasts600 g
  • Plain yogurt150 g
  • Sumac1 tablespoon
  • Garlic2 cloves
  • Lemon juice2 tablespoons
  • Olive oil2 tablespoons
  • Paprika1 teaspoon
  • Ground cumin1 teaspoon
  • Salt1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper1/2 teaspoon
  • Large wheat tortillas4 pieces
  • Tomatoes2 medium
  • Red onion1 small
  • Fresh parsley1 bunch
  • Lemon for serving1 piece

Instructions

    In a bowl, mix the yogurt, sumac, crushed garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken breasts cut into strips and let marinate for at least 15 minutes.
