Turkish Chicken Skewers with Sumac Spices and Garlic Yogurt Sauce

These Turkish chicken skewers are a true flavor journey to the heart of Istanbul. The yogurt and spice marinade, with a touch of sumac and Aleppo pepper, tenderizes the meat and gives it a slightly tangy and spicy flavor. Grilled to perfection, the chicken remains juicy and pairs wonderfully with the fresh and creamy garlic yogurt sauce. Ideal for a barbecue with friends or a quick dinner, this dish is a classic of Turkish streets. Let yourself be tempted by this explosion of authentic flavors!
