Lemon and Zaatar Chicken Skewers
These lemon and zaatar chicken skewers are a true journey to the heart of Lebanon. Zaatar, a blend of thyme, sumac, and sesame, brings an irresistible tangy and aromatic touch. Perfect for a barbecue or quick dinner, they come together in no time. If you're wondering about the difference between Lebanese and Israeli hummus, Lebanese hummus is often creamier with more tahini. Serve these skewers with a fresh Lebanese fattouche salad for a balanced and delicious meal. You'll love them!
