Italian-Style Chicken Skewers with Herbs and Lemon
These Italian-style chicken skewers are a true taste journey to the heart of the Mediterranean. Inspired by summer grills in Puglia, they marinate in a symphony of olive oil, lemon, and fresh herbs that recalls the scents of the South. The marinade, simple yet powerful, tenderizes the chicken and gives it a sunny flavor. Whether for a light lunch or a dinner with friends, these skewers bring a touch of dolce vita to your table.
