
Moroccan Chicken Skewers with Spices and Preserved Lemon

Ingredients
- chicken breasts600 g
- preserved lemon2 pieces
- olive oil4 tablespoons
- garlic2 cloves
- ground cumin2 teaspoons
- paprika1 teaspoon
- ground coriander1 teaspoon
- ground ginger1/2 teaspoon
- salt and pepperto taste
- fresh parsleya few sprigs

Cut the chicken breasts into cubes of about 3 cm and place them in a bowl.

Prepare the marinade: mix the olive oil, pressed garlic, cumin, paprika, coriander, ginger, salt, and pepper. Pour over the chicken and mix well. Let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
