Algerian Chicken Skewers with Spices and Peppers

Cut chicken into 3 cm cubes. Slice peppers and onion into similar-sized pieces.

In a bowl, mix olive oil, cumin, paprika, coriander, crushed garlic, and salt. Add chicken and toss well. Cover and marinate 30 minutes in the fridge.
