Ingredients

  • ground lamb or beef500g
  • onion1 large, grated
  • fresh parsley1 bunch, chopped
  • fresh cilantro1 bunch, chopped
  • ground cumin1 tsp
  • paprika1 tsp
  • ground cinnamon1/2 tsp
  • salt1 tsp
  • black pepper1/2 tsp
  • olive oil2 tbsp
