- turkey tenderloin600 g cubed
- olive oil3 tablespoons
- harissa2 tablespoons
- date paste1 tablespoon
- ground cumin1 teaspoon
- ground coriander1 teaspoon
- garlic, minced2 cloves
- preserved lemon1 (zest, chopped)
- Greek yogurt150 g
- honey1 teaspoon
- red bell peppers2 (cut into squares)
- red onion1 (cut into squares)

In a bowl, mix olive oil, harissa, cumin, coriander, garlic, and preserved lemon. Coat turkey cubes and marinate for 20 minutes in the fridge.
