Algerian Beef Skewers with Chermoula and Smoked Paprika
Here is a recipe that smells of the streets of Algiers and family meals around the barbecue. You will love these beef skewers marinated in chermoula, an emblematic marinade of Algerian cuisine made with fresh herbs, garlic, cumin and smoked paprika. The meat becomes incredibly tender and fragrant. It is an excellent way to discover the typical spices of Algerian cuisine, such as smoked paprika and cumin, which give that characteristic flavor. You can prepare them for a convivial meal or a picnic. A real delight that is a change from classic skewers!
