- ground almonds200 g
- honey4 tablespoons
- melted butter50 g
- ground cinnamon1 teaspoon
- orange blossom water2 tablespoons
- oil for fryingfor frying

In a bowl, mix the ground almonds, 2 tablespoons of honey, cinnamon, and orange blossom water to form a filling.
