Algerian Baklawa with Almonds and Honey

This Algerian baklawa is a pure delight that evokes celebrations in Algeria. You'll be amazed by its crispy yet melting texture, thanks to the honey-scented syrup. Speaking of Algerian cuisine, it features delicate spices like cinnamon and ras el hanout, and its couscous is often finer than Moroccan couscous. Make this pastry for your guests—they'll ask for more!
