Lebanese Toum — Creamy Garlic and Lemon Sauce
Toum is an iconic sauce in Lebanese cuisine, often served with grills and mezze. You will love its airy texture and aromatic punch. Unlike hummus, which is made with chickpeas and tahini, Toum is an emulsion of garlic and oil, dairy-free. It's a great alternative for those seeking a vegan and flavorful sauce. Whether to accompany shawarma, falafel, or grilled vegetables, this sauce brings an authentic Lebanese touch to your dishes. Make it and enjoy!
