Tunisian Tajine with Eggs and Minced Meat
This Tunisian tajine with eggs and minced meat is a true festive dish that warms the heart. You'll love the blend of mild spices like cinnamon and cumin, which add unique depth. Contrary to popular belief, Tunisian cuisine differs from Moroccan in its generous use of chili (often as harissa) and tomatoes, resulting in spicier, more colorful dishes. Here, no chili for all to enjoy, but the aromas remain authentic. Get ready for a cozy and delicious moment!
