- onions2 medium, grated
- fresh cilantro1 bunch, chopped
- fresh parsley1 bunch, chopped
- garlic3 cloves, crushed
- salt1 tsp
- black pepper1/2 tsp
- ground cumin1 tsp
- paprika1 tsp
- ground cinnamon1/2 tsp
- olive oil3 tbsp
- canned peeled tomatoes400g
- tomato paste1 tbsp
- water150 ml
- eggs4

1. Mix ground meat with half the onion, cilantro, parsley, garlic, spices, salt. Form meatballs.

2. Sauté remaining onion in oil, add garlic.
