
Spicy Mexican-style Chicken Tacos halal

- olive oil2 tablespoons
- onion1
- red bell pepper1
- garlic2 cloves
- ground cumin1 teaspoon
- paprika1 teaspoon
- chili powder1/2 teaspoon
- saltto taste
- black pepperto taste
- lime juice2 tablespoons
- heavy cream (halal)100 ml
- shredded cheese (halal cheddar)100 g
- corn tortillas8
- fresh cilantroa few sprigs

Cut chicken breasts into strips. Slice onion and bell pepper, mince garlic.

Heat olive oil in a skillet. Sauté onion and pepper for 3 minutes, add garlic and chicken.

Sprinkle cumin, paprika, chili, salt and pepper. Stir and cook for 8 minutes until chicken is cooked through.

Drizzle with lime juice, stir and remove from heat.

Warm tortillas. Fill each tortilla with spicy chicken, cream, shredded cheese and fresh cilantro.

Serve immediately with salsa or guacamole if desired.
