  • garlic3 cloves
  • ground cumin1 teaspoon
  • smoked paprika1 teaspoon
  • cayenne pepper1/2 teaspoon
  • salt1 teaspoon
  • black pepper1/2 teaspoon
  • corn tortillas8
  • halal sour cream100 ml
  • avocado1
  • cherry tomatoes150 g
  • fresh cilantroa few sprigs

Instructions

    Cut the chicken into strips. Mix lime juice, olive oil, crushed garlic, cumin, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, salt and black pepper. Coat the chicken with this marinade and let it rest for 10 minutes.

    Heat a skillet over high heat and cook the marinated chicken for 8-10 minutes until well cooked and slightly caramelized. Set aside.

    Heat the corn tortillas one by one in a dry skillet or in the microwave.

    Prepare the toppings: slice the avocado, quarter the cherry tomatoes and chop the cilantro.

    Fill each tortilla with spicy chicken, avocado, cherry tomatoes and cilantro. Add a spoonful of halal sour cream.

    Serve immediately with lime wedges. Enjoy!
