- Onion1 medium
- Garlic2 cloves
- Green chili1
- Tomatoes3 medium
- Chili powder1 tablespoon
- Ground cumin1 teaspoon
- Smoked paprika1 teaspoon
- Olive oil2 tablespoons
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste
- Corn tortillas8
- Sour cream100 ml
- Fresh cilantroa few sprigs

Finely chop the onion, garlic, and chili. Heat the olive oil in a pan and sauté the onion and garlic until translucent.

Add the ground chicken and cook, stirring, until well browned.

Mix in the diced tomatoes, chili, chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Let it simmer for 10 minutes over medium heat.

Warm the corn tortillas in a dry pan or in the oven.
