- Cherry tomatoes150 g
- Sour cream4 tbsp
- Lime1
- Olive oil2 tbsp

Chop the onion and garlic. Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté the onion until translucent. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.

Add the ground beef and cook, breaking it up, until well browned. Season with salt and pepper.

Stir in chili powder, cumin, and smoked paprika. Mix well, then add crushed tomatoes. Simmer for 10 minutes over low heat.

Meanwhile, prepare the toppings: shred the lettuce, quarter the cherry tomatoes, and cut the lime into wedges. Warm the tortillas in a dry pan.
