Dill and Mint Yogurt Sauce (Cacık reimagined)
This Turkish sauce is a refreshing and creamy twist on the famous cacık, perfect for accompanying grilled vegetables, meats, or breads. I imagined it with a touch of dill that brings a delicate aniseed note, while fresh mint awakens the taste buds. Greek yogurt gives it a smooth texture, and crunchy cucumber adds welcome freshness. It's an ultra-simple recipe, ready in 10 minutes, that quickly becomes a summer staple. You'll see, it transforms a simple meal into a Mediterranean feast!
