
Turkish Chicken Wrap (Tavuk Dürüm)

- chicken breasts500 g
- plain yogurt4 tbsp
- lemon juice2 tbsp
- olive oil2 tbsp
- garlic2 cloves
- paprika1 tsp
- ground cumin1/2 tsp
- salt1/2 tsp
- black pepper1/4 tsp
- lavash bread or tortillas4 pieces
- lettuce4 leaves
- tomatoes2
- red onion1
- garlic yogurt sauce4 tbsp

Cut chicken breasts into thin strips. In a bowl, mix yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil, crushed garlic, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper. Add chicken and marinate for 15 minutes.

Heat a pan over high heat. Cook marinated chicken for 5-7 minutes, stirring, until golden and cooked through.

Prepare toppings: wash and dry lettuce, slice tomatoes, and thinly slice red onion into half-rings.
