- Moroccan bread (khobz or pita)4

Cut the chicken breasts into strips. Chop the onion, garlic, and ginger.

In a pan, heat the olive oil. Add the onion, garlic, and ginger, then the chicken and spices (cinnamon, cumin, paprika, salt, pepper). Cook for 10 minutes until the chicken is nicely browned.
