- Olive oil2 tablespoons
- Moroccan bread (khobz) or pita bread4 breads
- Tomatoes2
- Red onions1
- Harissa2 tablespoons
- Greek yogurt4 tablespoons

Instructions

In a bowl, mix the ground beef with grated onion, minced garlic, cumin, paprika, chopped cilantro and parsley, salt, and pepper. Knead well.

Form small meatballs or patties with the spiced meat.

Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook the keftas for 5-7 minutes on each side until well browned and cooked through.

Meanwhile, prepare the sauce by mixing harissa with Greek yogurt and a squeeze of lemon. Adjust salt.
