Ingredients

  • Cucumbers2 large, peeled and diced
  • Whole milk yogurt1 cup
  • Fresh mint leaves1/4 cup, chopped
  • Fresh cilantro2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Ground cumin1 teaspoon
  • Black salt (kala namak)1/2 teaspoon
  • Green chili1, finely chopped (optional)
  • Lemon juice1 tablespoon
  • Mustard seeds1 teaspoon
  • Vegetable oil1 tablespoon

Instructions

    In a bowl, mix the diced cucumber with yogurt, mint, cilantro, cumin, black salt, green chili, and lemon juice.
