  • fresh minta few leaves
  • pita bread (or Lebanese bread)2 rounds
  • sumac2 tablespoons
  • olive oil4 tablespoons
  • lemon juice3 tablespoons
  • salt1/2 teaspoon
  • black pepper1/4 teaspoon

Instructions

    Wash and dry the lettuce, cut into pieces. Peel the cucumber and dice it. Cut the tomatoes into quarters, the radishes into thin rounds, and the red onion into thin slices. Chop the parsley and mint.

    Prepare the dressing: in a bowl, mix the olive oil, lemon juice, sumac, salt, and pepper. Stir well.

    Toast the pita bread in a dry pan or in the oven (a few minutes each side) until crispy. Let cool, then break into small pieces (or cut with a knife).

    In a large salad bowl, combine the lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, radishes, onion, parsley, and mint.
