
Lebanese Fattoush Salad

- romaine lettuce1 heart
- tomatoes2 medium
- cucumber1 medium
- radishes5-6
- red onion1 small
- fresh parsley1/2 bunch
- fresh minta few leaves
- pita bread2 pieces
- olive oil4 tablespoons
- lemon juice2 tablespoons
- sumac1 teaspoon
- saltto taste
- black pepperto taste

Wash and chop all vegetables: lettuce into pieces, tomatoes into cubes, cucumber into slices, radishes into thin rounds, red onion into half rings. Chop the parsley and mint.

Prepare the pita bread: cut into small pieces, drizzle with a bit of olive oil, and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 5-7 minutes until crispy.

In a large bowl, mix all the prepared vegetables and herbs.

Make the dressing: in a small bowl, mix the remaining olive oil, lemon juice, sumac, salt, and pepper. Whisk well to emulsify.
