- cucumber1
- fresh mint leaves15
- ground cumin1 teaspoon
- salt1/2 teaspoon
- green chili (optional)1

Grate the cucumber and squeeze out the excess water with your hands.

In a bowl, whisk the plain yogurt until smooth and creamy.

Add the grated cucumber, chopped mint, cumin, and salt. Mix well.
