- halal soy sauce3 tbsp
- rice vinegar2 tbsp
- brown sugar3 tbsp
- ketchup2 tbsp
- minced garlic3 cloves
- fresh grated ginger1 tsp
- sesame oil1 tsp
- sesame seedsfor garnish
- sliced green onion2 stalks
- frying oilas needed

Instructions

Cut chicken into cubes. Mix cornstarch, egg, and 1 tbsp soy sauce. Coat chicken.

Heat oil to 180°C. Fry chicken until golden. Drain.

Mix remaining soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, ketchup, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil.
