- Curry powder2 tbsp
- Turmeric1 tsp
- Milk200 ml
- Eggs2
- Fresh coriander1 bunch
- Ghee or oil3 tbsp

Boil the potatoes, peel and roughly mash them.

Sauté the chopped onion in ghee, add curry and turmeric, then the mashed potatoes. Let cool.

Beat the eggs with milk and a pinch of salt in a bowl.

Fill half of the bread slices with the potato mixture, cover with the remaining bread and dip the sandwiches in the egg-milk mixture.
