- chicken (breast or deboned thigh)300 g

- green bell pepper1
- tomato1
- fresh cilantro1 bunch
- ground cumin1 tsp
- sweet paprika1 tsp

Cut chicken into small pieces. Chop onion, bell pepper and tomato.

Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté onion until translucent.

Add bell pepper and tomato, cover and simmer 10 minutes until chicken is tender.
