Halal Seafood Paella

- Halal chicken broth600 ml
- Saffron1 pinch
- Garlic2 cloves
- Salt1 tsp

Heat olive oil in a large pan. Sauté chopped onion and garlic.

Add bell pepper and tomatoes, cook 5 minutes.

Stir in rice and saffron, then pour in broth. Bring to a boil.

Arrange seafood on top, cover and simmer 15-20 minutes.
