- halal chicken breasts300g
- halal soy sauce3 tablespoons
- sesame oil2 tablespoons

- red bell pepper1
- onion1
- garlic3 cloves
- fresh ginger1 piece (2cm)
- halal bean sprouts100g
- spring onion2
- salt1 pinch
- pepper1 pinch

Cook the rice noodles according to package instructions, drain and set aside.

Cut the chicken breasts into thin strips. In a wok, heat the sesame oil and stir-fry the chicken until golden. Set aside.

Chop the onion, garlic, ginger and vegetables (carrots julienned, bell pepper in strips). Sauté them in the same wok for 5 minutes.

Add the cooked noodles, chicken, soy sauce, bean sprouts and chopped spring onion. Mix well for 3 minutes over high heat.

Season with salt and pepper. Serve hot, garnished with a few fresh coriander leaves if desired.
