Indian Paneer and Pea Noodles (Paneer Aur Matar Noodles)
Here is a recipe that combines the richness of paneer and the sweetness of green peas with noodles sautéed in Indian spices. This dish is inspired by the famous 'Masala Noodles' found on the streets of Mumbai, but with a creamier touch thanks to paneer. In just a few minutes, you get a comforting meal, perfect for a quick weeknight dinner. The spices balance beautifully: cumin and coriander bring an earthy warmth, while garam masala adds a fragrant note. Feel free to adjust the chili to your taste. A true delight that transports your taste buds straight to India!
