- Fine semolina200 g
- Salt1 teaspoon
- Warm water300 ml
- Melted butter100 g
- Sunflower oil3 tablespoons
- Liquid honey4 tablespoons
- Butter for finishing50 g
- Sesame seeds2 tablespoons
Instructions

Mix flour, semolina and salt. Add warm water and knead into a smooth dough.
